Verizon has added a new page to their site, confirming the PalmOne Treo 650, currently only on Sprint and GSM carriers is coming soon to Verizon's lineup.

(User Info ) http://www.sprintpcsinfo.com/ | Verizon has added a disclaimer to the bottom of the page, making the fallout from the V710 Bluetooth defects even more aparrent:
"The Treo 650 supports the following Bluetooth Profiles: wireless headset, hands-free accessories, file transfer and synchronization with compatible PC���s. It does not support all profiles, for object exchange (Obex)."
In-short, the Verizon Treo 650 will support OBEX, but not being used as a modem. |
