AT&T;+Cingular: Migration Lockdown

Effective today, customers wishing to migrate from a former AT&T; Wireless account to a Cingular account must have completed at least 11 months of a 12 month contract, or 12 months of a 24 month contract. This breaks from Cingular's previous policy, allowing formerly AT&T; Wireless, or "Blue" customers to migrate to a Cingular "Orange" plan and device at any time.
